At Lou Bachrodt our focus is to provide every Customer with the very best experience so that each Customer is not only happy, but extends our reach through referrals.  We ask employee’s to ask the questions, “Will ‘this’ enhance the Customer experience?”, “Will ‘this’ exceed expectations and WOW the customer?”

In order to reward those employees that go beyond customer expectations and truly WOW our customers, the dealership holds a daily meeting, called our “WOW” moment meeting.  This meeting is held on weekdays.  Every employee from attends these brief daily minute meetings.  The meeting serves as a daily reminder that we are all at work to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.    During the meeting the dealership management rewards 1 employee for creating a WOW moment for a customer. 

This moment must be an act that goes above and beyond the employee’s normal job duties and above the customer’s expectations.  The manager of the employee that is receiving the wow moment reward gives the details about the wow moment to the entire dealership staff.  The reward recipient is then given a huge round of applause from the entire dealership and is given a $25.00 gift card to a local restaurant.
